- We will provide temporary items in case the new items are not ready by the move-in date.

- At the end of the lease period, leased items can be purchased with special discount.
Our standard package plan will include all the basic items necessary for you to start living. If you are only needing the furniture until your shipment arrives, this is the budgeted and hassle-free plan for you. There are packages according to your family size. Please refer to individual package for details.

Let us know over the phone or by using the contact form which package plan you find necessary.
2QUOTATION
Quotation is made upon your furniture request. All items will be professionally selected from our used stock by our coordinator.
3APPROVAL
After you confirm the price and the detail of the plan from our quotation, we will arrange the delivery.
4DELIVERY & SET UP
Delivery and pick up of interior items including installation will be performed by our professional staff. Please let us know of your preferred delivery date in advance.
5PICK UP
We will pick up the furniture upon your request. Please inform us at least one week in advance for preparation.

Contact us by phone or e-mail. We will ask you of your set budget, needs, and preferences for coordinating items. You can select from wide range of new furniture, and also our high quality used stock. Please ask us for information.
2CONSULTATION
We will provide a furniture check list to find out exactly what you feel is necessaqry, and our bilingual coordinator will discuss with you in detail about your ideas and needs. If you bring your floor plan and photos for the meeting, it would be very helpful for us to discuss more specifically about your living space.
3QUOTATION
We will select the items that fits your needs and image and will propose a plan with quotation. Please do not hesitate to ask for any changes.
4CONTRACT
We will ask you to sign the lease agreement after you confirm and is satisfied with the quotation.
5DELIVERY & SET UP
Delivery of interior items including installation will be performed by our professional staff. Please let us know of your preferred delivery date in advance.
Some new items may take time to arrive, in which case, we will provide temporary items until they arrive.
6PICK UP
We will pick up the furniture at the end of lease term.

RENTAL GUIDELINES
1. PAYMENT
The first payment shall be made on the delivery. Thereafter, the monthly rental fee is to be paid in advance, before the 25th day of each month.
2. DELIVERY CHARGE
For the delivery and pickup charge, for the short term package and long term lease, we will charge from 60,000yen plus tax within Tokyo central area, from 70,000yen plus tax within Yokohama area.
For short term rental and Model room, the fee will differ according to the quantity of items.
3. LEASE EXTENSION
Extensions are available upon request.
4. PURCHASE AFTER LEASE
Items under contract may be purchased by the customer upon completion of the contract term.
5. DAMAGE AND GURANTEE
Contact us immediately if you have any technical difficulties with the leased items, so that we may repair or bring a substitute item.
Please note that for items leased over three years or purposely damaged, we may ask you to pay the repairment fee. Penalty will not apply for the normal wear and tear, but please note that the payment for damages as listed below is to be borne by you.

- Heavy stains from foods, scribbles, chemicals, pets, etc…
